Keep clam and drinks lots of water ...

One of my daily rituals is drinking a lot of water . I try to drink a bottle first thing in the morning during the day at least 8 glasses and the last thing I have before bed. The only irritating downside is the countless bathroom trips I make during the day not to mention at night when I'm in a deep sleep.. Having said that it doesn't deter me from drinking!!!

Here are some benefits of drink water.

  5. Since moving back to the UK, I don't drink as much water because it's colder weather I guess but when I add a little fruit I can tolerate it a bit more. I know I need to drink more of it.
