Coconut Water

One of the benefits of living in the Caribbean especially in Trinidad and Tobago is the availability of fresh organic coconut water. After a run up to Chancellor or round our beautiful Savannah ,one can treat oneself to a cold coconut water!!

    Whenever I pass around the Savannah I always make sure to stop and buy my coconut water......although they getting out of hand with their prices

    Great for skin, have mercy!! Well look how I going to drink more coconut water,but I mean, Stephen does have a point. Those men around the Savannah just ridiculous!!

    Oh yea! I sure can testify to "curing hangover". Heard it's also good for infections of the eyes and urinary tract.
